Seasonal pitch – Important information

  • Your caravan must fit on and be pitched inline with our guidelines.
  • All of our pitches are for holiday use. You cannot live or work / commute from the campsite; proof of your permanent address will be required.
  • You can bring guests and pets with you when you stay; and if you wish to let friends or family use your caravan when you are not there they can do so for a supplementary fee per night equal to 50% of the published tariff. Please note this includes Co-Ownership of any caravan.
  • You must register with reception when you are onsite, or when you have permitted someone else to use your caravan.
  • You can bring your caravan onsite after the 1st April 2024 and must remove it before the 31st October 2024. Please notify us in advance of your arrival. We may be able to permit early arrival or late departure but this must be agreed in advance by email or writing.
  • You need to keep the outside of your caravan and any awnings etc clean and tidy. You may also need to trim the grass close to your caravan that we cannot do with machinery. No items should be stored under the caravan.
  • Any moving parts of the caravan should be kept in good condition so we can move it easily if needed
  • We ask that the electric and water is isolated if you are away from the caravan.
  • Other than the caravan and awning, no items can be left on the pitch when you are away.
  • We recommend that awnings are not left up on the pitch while you are away.
  • Your caravan needs to be insured and Atlantic Reach Limited does not accept any responsibility for damage to your caravan, awning or contents etc whilst it is onsite. Proof of insurance will be required.
  • A full set of keys must be provided to us so we can move or access your caravan in the event of an emergency. These will be kept in a secure office away from the campsite.
  • No white goods that are not part of the caravan itself are permitted.
  • A seasonal pitch reservation is not transferable and cannot be canceled once the deposit has been received.
  • A deposit of 25% of the seasonal pitch fee must be paid to secure the pitch, with the remaining balance paid before 1st March 2024.
  • In order for Atlantic Reach Limited to accept a seasonal pitch reservation, we will require some basic information about your caravan and may request a meeting on site in person. Final acceptance of a reservation is at the discretion of Atlantic Reach Limited.

Winter storage – Important information

  • Winter storage is available to customers who have a seasonal pitch at Atlantic Reach.
  • The storage of your caravan is at your own risk. Atlantic Reach Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the caravan or its contents, theft from the site, or damage caused by adverse weather conditions or third parties.
  • A full set of keys must be provided to us so we can move or access your caravan in the event of an emergency. These will be kept in a secure office away from the campsite.
  • The storage will take place on your seasonal pitch or on a nearby one. We may move the caravan from time to time for grass cutting or other site maintenance needs. The contents should be kept secure in readiness for movement.
  • You may be able to visit your caravan over the winter, and ask that you make contact with Atlantic Reach with plenty of notice in advance of your arrival.
  • Your caravan must be removed from site by 31st March 2024, or you need to have completed a seasonal pitch reservation with us which commences on 1st April 2024.
