These are our colourful holiday homes, with four bedrooms that can sleep up to eight people and all the mod cons you’d need during your stay. The ground floor has a spacious, open plan living and dining area, a shower room and WC for easy rinses after you get back from the beach, and the first of the four double bedrooms. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, a double bedroom and twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom complete with corner bath and separate walk-in shower.
Perfect for: larger families or two families sharing.
Contemporary Cottage

More of our colourful holiday homes, except our Contemporary Cottages have disabled, pet-friendly and private hot tub options available. The ground floor has a spacious, open plan living and dining area, a shower room and WC for easy rinses after you get back from the beach, and the first of the four double bedrooms. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, a double bedroom and twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom complete with corner bath and separate walk-in shower.
Perfect for: larger families or two families sharing, dog owners, and those with accessibility issues.
Private Hot Tubs
Take your holiday to the next level with a private hot tub! These properties include all the usual holiday home features plus your own private patio deck in the back garden with a hot tub all to yourself. Hop in and relax after a fun day out in Cornwall, or soak under the stars with a glass of bubbles. Each hot tub has room for 3-4 adults.
Private hot tub properties are our popular type of accommodation at Atlantic Reach, so we recommend booking early!

Dog-Friendly
Cornwall is a dog’s paradise! There are miles of sandy beaches to run along, the sea to go doggy paddling in, and lots of dog-friendly pubs and restaurants to visit. We believe you shouldn’t have to leave part of the family behind, when you’re planning your visit to Cornwall, that’s why our Contemporary Cottage, Garden Terrace and Carworgie Terrace holiday homes all have pet-friendly options.
Each of our pet-friendly properties can welcome up to two pets per stay.

Organising a big group trip to Cornwall, or looking for somewhere to spend time with the extended family? Our Superior and Contemporary Cottages at Atlantic Reach are the perfect choice, with spacious open plan living areas and large bedrooms accommodating up to eight people per property.
Due to our unique layout, we can also offer properties right next to each other if you’d love to spend time with your nearest and dearest but still have your own space to relax in at the end of the day (depending on availability).
