Each spacious seasonal touring pitch includes a 16A electric hook-up, access to nearby water points and waste disposal facilities. You’ll also receive a complimentary Leisure Pass, giving you free access to the Atlantic Reach Leisure Club and its fantastic facilities throughout your stay.

Modern Toilet & Shower Block
Our brand new toilet and shower block provides modern, clean, and spacious facilities for your comfort. Featuring hot showers, private cubicles, and excellent amenities, this purpose-built building ensures a fresh and welcoming experience throughout your stay. Electrical Hookup
Our caravan pitches include a reliable 16A electric hook-up point, the standard European connection for caravans and motorhomes. Using the familiar blue CEE plug, you can easily connect to a safe 230V supply (up to 3.6kW), giving you plenty of power for lighting, heating, cooking appliances, and charging devices throughout your stay.
Fresh Water
Convenient fresh water taps are located near each pitch, providing easy access to clean, potable drinking water. Simply connect your hose to fill your caravan’s onboard tank or use it for everyday needs like washing and cooking while you’re away.

Winter Storage at Atlantic Reach
Seasonal Touring Pitches Cornwall at Atlantic Reach include secure winter storage, so you can keep your caravan safely on-site and enjoy one less thing to think about over the winter months.
Our Winter Storage option is exclusively available to customers who have reserved a seasonal pitch, making it easy to return ready for the new season.
Looking after your caravan
Your caravan will remain either on your seasonal pitch or on a nearby pitch during the winter. From time to time, we may need to move it to allow for essential site maintenance, such as grass cutting or other upkeep, so please ensure that everything inside is safely secured for movement.
To help us respond quickly in the unlikely event of an emergency, we’ll ask you to provide a full set of keys. These will be stored securely in our office away from the campsite and will only be used when necessary.
Visiting during the winter
If you’d like to visit your caravan during the winter period, we’d be delighted to help where possible. We simply ask that you contact the Atlantic Reach team well in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Important information
While every care is taken when managing caravans on site, all caravans and their contents remain stored at the owner’s risk. Atlantic Reach Limited cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to caravans or their contents, theft, damage caused by adverse weather, or damage resulting from the actions of third parties.
Eligibility
Winter Storage is available to customers who have completed a Seasonal Pitch Reservation with Atlantic Reach commencing 1 April 2027 at a cost of £400 per caravan including a small garden storage next to your caravan. No other storage is available.
