All the properties at Atlantic Reach are all sold on a leasehold basis with typically more than 970 years remaining on the lease. Our annual charges are competitively low, and far less than you would pay for a typical caravan or lodge.

 

What’s more, the annual charges are fixed to the retail price index meaning the likelihood of a significant increase year on year is removed.

Managed Lettings Service

Sit back, relax and let us look after everything for you.

 

When you buy a holiday home with us it comes with a three year fully managed letting agreement. This service gives you peace of mind that your marketing, booking, guest services, cleaning and maintenance is all taken care of.

 

When you are not using your holiday property we will let it out, and after deducting our charges pay you the balance of the gross rental income on a monthly basis.
