Letting and Affiliation Services
We can provide a comprehensive letting and affiliation service for your property.
By affiliating your property with Atlantic Reach you and your guests get inclusive use of our onsite facilities, as well as exclusive discounts and invites whenever staying with us.
All of this is provided for an annual fee of £2,358 for a 2 bedroom cottage or £3,560 for a 4 bedroom cottage.
Payments can be spread over 12 months if you pay by Direct Debit.
We offer an affiliation loyalty scheme. Save 10% in year 2, and a further 2% for each consecutive year up to a maximum of 20%.

Affiliation or Letting with Atlantic Reach is the only way to ensure you and your guests can use the facilities. Users of properties outside of a current agreement will not be able to pay for access to our facilities.
Take a step further and let Atlantic Reach manage your property with our full letting service. We generate revenue from holidays on your behalf and return the surplus after costs to you each month where applicable.
