What types of holiday homes are available to buy?

All of our holiday homes are brand new for 2025. They’re stylish and contemporary, with everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

 

Our homes come in various sizes and finishes, and you can choose the layout, decking, and hot tub options that perfectly suit you. We’re confident you’ll find the perfect home for your Cornish holidays, a place you’ll enjoy for years to come!

How much will a holiday home cost me?

You can own a holiday home from £54,500. Prices vary depending on the type, size, and location of the holiday home. Contact us for the latest pricing and available properties.

 

We provide a full breakdown of all the costs involved so you can budget accordingly.

 

Typical site fees are £4,403, this includes all the communal site maintenance costs, plus access to all the Leisure Club facilities.

 

Insurance for your holiday home is typically £220 per year. As for the running costs, utilities are billed at cost either monthly or quarterly.

 

TV licence is available at a reduced resort rate. High speed WiFi is available through our partners.

How long does the holiday home licence last?

The licence is valid for 20 years, giving you long-term enjoyment of your holiday home. At the end of the term, we’ll discuss your options with you.

When the time comes, how do I sell my holiday home?

We offer a hassle-free resale service, making it easy for you to sell your holiday home whenever you need to. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience.

What facilities will I have access to?

As a holiday home owner, you’ll enjoy a Leisure Pass giving you free use of our exclusive facilities including:

    • The indoor pool is open 364 days a year

Yes! Atlantic Reach welcomes pets all around the site, including in the pub and cafe. We hope your furry friends enjoy your holiday as much as you do.

Can I live in my holiday home all year round?

Our holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a primary residence. You can still enjoy your property throughout the year within the terms of the site license.

Can I rent out my holiday home?

Yes! Owners have the option to let out their holiday home through us when you’re not using it yourself, generating extra income. We offer a managed letting service to make the process hassle-free.
